Claims: Creates fuller, more defined eyebrows. I was interested in using this product to fill the gaps in my brows and make them appear thicker, especially at the tails. I naturally have light brown hair and selected the shade 02| Browny brows, which is a good match. This product comes in a small plastic tube similar to mascara packaging that comes with a wand dipped into the brow product. The texture of this product is very lightweight and contains small fibers. A single dip into the tube is enough to fill both my eyebrows. The way I use it: 1. I shape my eyebrows to the desired style with a clean spoolie brush 2. I brush the product using the wand with short upward motions, following the shape of my brows, until I achieve the desired fullness/intensity 3. I clean up any product that ended up on my skin outside my eyebrows with a cotton swab It is a little messy but once it is all cleaned up the results look really good. My brows appear fuller and stay in place all day without the product bleeding on the skin. Unbeatable at that price point ($3.99).
