fikmaa21 review for Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner

I got this package for free from Picky and Acwell in exchange for my honest review. Main ingredients: Licorice, Root Water, and more. Their claims are to hydrate skin and refine skin texture, remove dead skin cells and impurities. I've been try this for a week, I confused at first is this cleansing water or a toner 😂. But after read the instructions it said able to use after cleansing, with cotton pad it can removes the dirt in my skin (even i had my facial wash), so far so good, my skin is hydrate than before and not giving any bad after using this cleansing toner. And it has a smells like herbs or rosemary that I enjoyed^^
