Nothing! I have super sensitive skin and I didn't react to it at all. 

I honestly can't recommend this enough. From the first use I noticed and felt a difference to my skin. Pores were tighter, my redness was evened out and my skin looked brighter and fresher. It was also really soft and still felt that way at bedtime. Super easy to apply too.
