Even though this is a physical exfoliator i had really great results using twice a week. Buffed away any dead skin and texture. The bottle is such a massive size it lasted me over 6 months. Really enjoyed this before i move onto more intensive exfoliators
The exofliants can be a bit harsh if used on dry skin instead of damp
