I'll be honest, I was very skeptical about using pads for gentle exfoliantion, BUT I've noticed improvement after the first time I used the pads. When applied on my areas with clogged pores and blemishes, the pads calmed the irritation and evened the skin tone. I am excited to see how they will work in the long term. The pads are very soft and large enough to cover a whole area. I recommend using the pads not more than 2-3 times per week. A few tips how to use the pads: 1. Use it to wipe the skin - to gently remove dead skin cells and impurities 2. As a facial sheet mask - put it on the part of the skin where you have blemishes or acne scar for 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Body care - you can use it for the body as well to take care of the blemishes or acne scars on the body.
