this toner is perfect for those who ate not fan of rejuvinating toners or toners that sting. this is very lightweight, feels like water with a hint of a very very very little oil on it. using this for 2 years now. and my husband also used it too. he has dry skin. i have normal. but we both benefit with this product

no so far. this is our holy grail toner
