I have never used anything from this brand before and that was my first experience with a cleansing balm as well. I definitely like this product. Here are my thoughts: - comes in a big (100ml) tub - has a spatula for hygenic application - a little goes a long way - the balm desolves fast after applying to the skin - has a pleasant "herbal" scent - very gentle cleanser - easy to use - non irritating - removes make up very well - calming feeling - suitable for sensitive skin - it doesn't dry the skin Update to my original review: From 4 stars I changed to 5. Since using this product for the first time I continued using it and it kinda grew on me. The fact that it has no added scents, makes it more appealing as we have a new baby in the family and I am trying to be cautious of what I am using around him.
