Hydro Boost Water Gel Moisturiser
🌟🌟 Review Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel 🌟🌟

👉 Intensely moisturises the skin and helps to strengthen its moisture barrier.
👉 Oil-Free, normal to combination skin
💮 My experience (for reference, I have combination-oily skin prone to acne)
I've been using this moisturising gel at the last step of my AM routine for a week and a half, after serums/essences and before sunscreen. It has a very light texture, spreads and absorbs very quickly, so you can apply the spf almost immediately. I love that it is also very fresh. It doesn't cause any pilling problems with other cosmetic products, and is certainly a good moisturiser that lasts all day. It hasn't caused me any irritation or acne. It leaves the skin a little glowy, soft and plumped, looking healthy. It is important to mention that it has quite a strong scent, it doesn't bother me but it lasts quite a while. It's a very pretty blue colour.
I think it's a good moisturiser for combination and oily skin, normal and dry skin would need a more potent one.
💮 Packaging
The water gel comes in a jar, which is not the most hygienic option in my opinion. It is also quite bulky. The sale size is 50 mL, which I think will last quite a while as I only need to use a small amount.
💌 My rating: 4/5. I really like it as a moisturising water gel, although I would prefer a different type of packaging. I will continue to use it and may consider buying it in the future, especially if it comes in another type of container. I used the eye contour from the Hydro Boost range a while ago and also really liked it.
Very strong scent for some people, jar bulky packaging
