Lip Primer

This lip primer prepares the lip for a perfect canvas by smoothing, hydrating and moisturizing it. This keeps the pigment from feathering, flaking or feathering. I love this primer. It is not too heavy, greasy or stiff. I love that it is clear. If my lips are chhapped i can use a little of this to moisturize them.

It might not have the staying power needed as some of the other heavier primers.
