Good: Price wise this product is really affordable and also, you can grab it at Watson's which is really convenient. This product also contains niacinamide which is known to have benefits on our skin. It has this soothing effect on my under eye and didn't irritate my skin. It also didn't sting my eyes at all, which is really good.

Bad: It didn't brighten my under eye at all after finishing one tube of this product.
