🌞PRODUCT AND SIZING: Kitao cleansing cream, 100 g
🎁PRESENTATION: This nourishing cleansing cream in a plastic tube with a flip-off cap comes in a beautiful brown paper box that reminds me of tea packaging.
💦STAR INGREDIENTS: Its star ingredient is organic, ECOCERT-certified, and ethically-sourced matcha from Kyoto, Japan. Matcha is rich in antioxidants and anti-aging properties. It also contains quinoa, chia seed, and acai for balancing, nourishing, and brightening.
🌺TEXTURE and SCENT: It is thick and creamy. It has what I would describe as an unscented baby lotion scent. It lists fragrance as the last ingredient.
👨🦱 MY THOUGHTS: This cruelty-free product is creamy and soothing. It feels like a classic cold cream when I first put it on my dry skin. As I massage this in, it could feel a bit drying, which can be remedied by adding a bit of water. It is easy to wash this off with water and not too much effort. This is suitable for all skin types, and my combination skin feels nourished and hydrated after using this cleanser. I did not do full makeup while testing this product, but I used various BB creams and Dr.Jart color correcting treatment. This effectively and easily removed them. It could not find the expiration date. I believe it is good for standard 3-year shelf life and should be used within 1 year after opening. The packaging is thoughtful and opening it feels like I am about to embark on a journey.
👐 PAIRING: I used this with various products, including Kitao enzyme wash.
Others may have different experiences based on skin types, products they use, environmental conditions, etc.
It can be a bit drying and does not state expiration date.
