I can layer this at nighttime for extra nourishment for my dry areas. My skin feels balanced and seemingly firm. I would not have any reservations about recommending this one to our oily skin friends or a family member who only wants to do one step and be done. To compare this with its popular fellow product Liquid Gold, this absorbs faster, and the finish is not as dewy.
