It doesn't really hydrate as much as it "covers" the lips in a layer that makes them "feel" hydrated but doesn't really do so.

👩🏽‍🔬Ingredients: Really good ingredients, the worst you can find is perfume.

🙇🏽‍♀️ Opinion: I liked using this lip balm, it wasn't 'oppressive' and remained light on my lips.
It protects pretty well from cold and I enjoy putting it on whenever my lips need it.
