Turmeric Hesperidin Fading Serum
Key Ingredients:
▫️Glucosyl Hesperidin: helps with dullness associated with tiredness & stress
▫️Turmeric Extract: calms & brightens the skin
▫️Niacinamide & N-Acetyl Glucosamine: helps address stubborn dark spots, increases hydration, & supports the skin barrier
▫️Arbutin: helps reduce melanin formation & improves appearance of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
I will preface that my skin is combo oily/dehydrated that is acne-prone. Surprisingly, my skin was behaving at the beginning of December. But with the overindulgence of sugary goods & holiday stress (my triggers), a mild breakout occurred while trying out this serum.
I used this from 12-7 until emptied on 12-27, included are before/after pictures. I simplified my routine & used the serum both day & night. It worked with other products & no irritation/negative reactions. The serum has a transparent yellow/orange tint and a faint scent that doesn’t linger. It has a jelly-like consistency that spreads easily & dries quickly.
3 pumps AM & PM to cover my face/neck area. For AM, I used SPF as my last step. For PM, I used this in conjunction with retinol. I don't usually use vitamin C products as I prefer using niacinamide. But this was a nice combination of both, in addition to other skin brighteners. After approx. 3 weeks, my skin looked brighter and a bit more even in tone. That one dark spot high up on my left cheek lightened up!! As mentioned, I had a break out mid-way & committed the cardinal sin of picking at my face… When I looked in the mirror the next morning, there was still some redness but nothing like the landmine it could've been. A single bottle obviously is not going to make dark spots disappear but it is incredibly promising with continued use. The only downside for me was it wasn't hydrating enough. But coupling in a few factors, such as it is the winter season with the heater constantly going, I can't fault the serum on this. This would likely be great for the spring and summer time.
This was an absolute delight to use and would 10000000% buy again.
NOTHING! This is literally gold.
