P.CALM - yupitslouise review for Light Active Toner

I've been using this toner for 2 weeks already. It has a lightweight milky consistency that is not greasy and sticky on the skin. It has no fragrance that is really nice because some people are irritated with fragrance. I have seen that it brightened some of my dark spots and it improved the discoloration of my skin. Aside from lightening, brightening and preventing hyperpigmentation, I can say that this toner can also hydrate the skin and non-irritating at all. I love its star ingredient, Nectaria Lithops, because it promotes vitamin D synthesis on the skin and improves skin micro environment & water levels. Final Verdict: This is a good toner if you want to address hyperpigmentations and discolorations on the skin. This can also provide hydration as well. A perfect toner for everyday use.
