I like to layer this toner 1-2 times and my skin feels hydrating, plump and smooth after use. I’ve been using this product for 3 weeks and I noticed that my skin is more bright and even. I didn’t experience any irritation while using this, is a great product for sensitive skin or people that can’t use vitamin c. Overall I love this toner and I recommend it to everyone.
