Shalala Snow Ball Lip Balm #03 Swan's Lake
Product: Coringco Shalala Snow Ball Lip Balm, shades Fairy forest and ballerina.
I originally received this product in the shade swan lake through the yesstyle advent calendar. After using that one up, i purchased the two shades I will be reviewing in this post.
First off, the packaging is probably what you’re paying the most for lol. And it’s also one of the reasons why I enjoyed it so much. The product itself is quite pricey, costing me about $15 each lip balm. I don’t usually spend more than like $2 but I really liked the one I received in the advent calendar.
What I liked about the product: Obviously it’s just a lip balm and they are all pretty much the same, but it just felt really nice on my lips. It glided so flawlessly and made my lips look plump and moisturized. I find that I didn’t reapply this lip balm as much as I would with my usual ones which made it last quite awhile. There were not any noticeable fragrance, nor did it try out. The packaging was pretty sturdy and easy to transport with.
Overall, this is a nice product. Is it worth the price? Probably not, but the user experience was great. The packaging was fun to look at and play around with when I was bored or waiting for something. Would I repurchase this again? Maybe if it was on sale. But for now I think I’ll stick with my $2 chapstick. I would rate this product an overall 4/5.
What I didn’t like about the product: Not a fan of the taste? Lol I know you’re not supposed to taste it but sometimes I can’t help but lick my lips ya know? And it was during those times I would accidentally taste the lip balm and lets just say I tried avoiding licking my lips while this lip balm was on lol.
