This is my favourite lash primer. The brush bristles are plastic, which is good for me because it lifts and separates, adds definition, and doesn’t deposit the product too heavily so that it weighs down the lashes. This can also hold a curl which is different from every single other lash primer I’ve tried. it has a conditioning formula and you can apply it to bear lashes and just use it as a serum. It goes well as my base under any mascara from any brand.
