This is a moisturizer that softens and hydrates the skin, while restoring the skin’s barrier. It has a light gel-cream texture that absorbs into your skin, leaving it feeling soft and hydrated. It consists of a tri-ceramide complex (ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids) to help strengthen and restore the skin’s barrier. It contains other ingredients such as niacinamide, green tea leaf extract, and panthenol to help soothe and moisturize the skin. I was so excited to see Byoma at my drugstore! I’ve been wanting to try this brand for a long time. This has become one of my favourite moisturizers. I love the packaging, the texture, and the way the product looks and feels on my skin. It feels really light-weight on the skin, absorbs fast, and doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky. There is no scent, which is a bonus since I am sensitive to scents. I’m a big fan of their pump dispenser, as I find them to be a little more hygienic. Overall, I think this is a great option for those with oily skin or those looking to strengthen and restore the skin’s barrier. The price point isn’t bad, I think it’s more cost efficient to purchase the products off of Byoma’s website directly, if it’s available.(their website only ships to USA and UK).
