ALL DAY GLOW - xtalastar review for Calming Balance Facial Toner

This is the most basic hydrating toner I've tried so far. I dont need to worry which other products to pair it with. Using it is total hassle-free and no issues at all. It's fragrance-free, unscented, alcohol-free, has a runny texture and no body to it at all, feels like your normal water. It's great to use with any skincare routines and provides pure hydration and no moisture to it in any way. I prefer to use it first with a cotton pad to swipe my skin with, then apply a few more layers after. Feels refreshing and calms skin (if I have redness) immediately.
