Vegan Active Berry Lifting Cream

product review positives
*I received this product for free from @go.picky and @drceuracle_global in exchange for my honest review. This cream is quite rich, despite its more gel-like consistency. I actually really wish I'd had this when I first started using Tretinoin. Very quickly did I discover that this actually is too occlusive for me. It brought on acne in places that I already am very oily, like my temples, chin, upper lip, and sometimes even on my cheeks on either side of my nose. I think this is great for normal skin, dry skin, maybe even combination skin, since I do like applying a small amount on this anywhere I have flakiness. It does leave my skin feeling INCREDIBLY soft. 💕 It contains: •encapsulated resveratrol derived from French grapes, existing as the tiny pink balls floating amidst the essence. •Cranbetinol, which is a peptide extracted from cranberries and is said to act similarly to vitamin A. •upcycled grape seed oil for hydration and moisture, extracted from discarded seeds from the process of making wine. •hyaluronic acid •ceramides •squalane •several extracts ⚠️essential oils ⚠️isonylisononanoate (silicone oil) and dimethicone ⚠️polyglyceryl-10 stearate (ester of stearic acid, which can be clogging and is probably also the culprit of my breakouts from this product) ♻️EVERYTHING about this is vegan and recyclable. The ink is soy, box packaging is an upcycled paper mixture and bamboo pulp, and the glass bottle is recyclable 👏
product review negatives
❌silicone - it causes acne in my overly oily skin by sealing off pores ❌stearic acid - comedogenic for me, but probably very good for dry skin so long as you aren't very acne-prone ❌price - $32 USD to around $48. Pretty expensive. But a little does seem to go a long way, so if this is in your budget, it may be worth it.
