I purchased the Artemisia Calming Balance Toner through 0.8liter for a discounted price in exchange for my review. This is a low pH toner that claims to soothe skin and maintain skin’s optimal oil & moisture balance. It is safe for all skin types, including sensitive. It features 70% Artemisia Capillaris Extract (Mugwort), which is rich in nutrients such as flavonoids, amino acids and beta-carotene. Key Ingredients: 🔸 Mugwort 🔸 Panthenol 🔸 Natural Calming Complex which includes 🔸 Centella Asiatica 🔸 Purslane Extract 🔸 Madecassoside 🔸 Asiaticoside 🔸 Asiatic Acid 🔸.Madecassic Acid 🔸 Red Seaweed extract 🔸 Sugarcane extract 🔸 Cacao Tree seed ❌ Bergamot oil ❌ Rose Geranium oil ❌ Added fragrance Packaging/Texture: 250ml green plastic bottle with screw off cap. It is a clear watery toner with a little slip, it has an overwhelming herbal scent. My Experience: I have been using this toner in the daytime after cleansing, applying a generous amount with a cotton pad, wiping over face and patting to absorb. I like that applies easily with no stickiness or tacky feel to the skin. I love how soothing, hydrating & refreshing it feels immediately after applying. It does a great job of calming redness, as it cools down your skin. I do suffer from redness on my cheeks sometimes, and this toner does help quite a bit. It did not irritate my skin and layers well with my other skincare products. You can layer the toner for more hydration, or apply on cotton squares as a mask to soothe irritated spots.
