Brightening Toner

this toner is giving me major chills 💙 I prefer using it as a DIY mask instead of just pouring it on my hands. It feels soooo refreshing when I put it on my face. I swear it can revive tired and dull skin. The consistency is pretty light, so it absorbs into the skin super fast.

The smell was flowery and might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it didn't bother me in the slightest.
