It is nourishing, so it's perfect for dry and dehydrated skin. However, sugar is a bit too harsh for my skin. It is not that bad when I use it on a wet face, so sugar will melt quickly. I don't use it very often on my face, but I love it on my body. This is also nice as a lip scrub. Texture is melting on the skin and it is easy to wash off. Brand claims this can be used as the first cleanser but I think that would be too harsh for the skin. It has Grapefruit essential oil. Scent is very mild.
