I received this toner free from Picky and Skin1004 in exchange for my thoughts. Quick features: ✔Fragrance Free ✔Cruelty Free/Vegan ✔Fermented Centella Asiatica (Lactobacillus/Centella Asiatica Extract Ferment Filtrate) ✔TECA (Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica) *I've been making some notes for a post all about TECA, but in short its said to strengthen the skin barrier, calm & sooth irritation, prevent dehydration, & even skin tone. Talk about a multi-tasker! My thoughts: Y'all...its so good. I layer this up after cleansing & it leaves my skin feeling soothed & hydrated. While its clear, it almost has a milky feel to it. Every product that follows absorbs like a dream. LOVE this toner.
