This serum comes in an emulsion form. It offers a bit of nourishment and absorbs easily (those with normal skin type might be able to skip their moisturizer in the am). It's fragrance free and smells like nothing. It gives a bit of a glow. I find this to be a good beginner friendly product for dry and sensitive skin
