ELF - Rachel7leo review for Holy Hydration! Triple Bounce Serum

This serum feels silky when applied to the skin and hydrates my skin pretty well. What I didn't like is that it leaves my skin with this sticky tacky feeling to it. This doesn't have a scent precisely but it has this wierd smell to it that I didn't like. What I loved this serum for is for the heals of my feet. I will be using this serum to keep the heals of my feet nice and soft.
