dewydream review for Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Revitalizing Toner

I love this toner, after I damaged my skin barrier with another "affordable" toner I needed to calm my skin but also my preferences of toner consistency is for sure viscous. And this toner fits all the boxes. I'm still currently using this toner and will not go back to anything. I don't mind the fragrance and my skin feels so plumped after using it, I love it. At times my skin used to flake in the beginning when my skin was damaged and now it's all been taking care of with this toner. This is definitely worth the price too. I have combo skin which is oily T-zone and dry cheeks. This does the job of hydrating my skin well!
