I will just pour some onto cotton pads right after to make sure my skin is ready for the next step, then few layers of hydrating toner, vitamin C serum, moisturizer and sunscreen. It has this brownish tint, watery with a hint of citrus scent that is pleasant. I love how this toner did not trigger any sensitivity towards my easily angry sensitive skin! Application is very smooth as well. With constant application, I can see the brightening effect on my skin. Not exaggerating but it definitely makes me feel good with my skin’s overall complexion.
