Artemisia Calming Balance Toner

This is bring green artemisia calming balancing toner. Artemisia is another term for mugwort. Mugwort is an ingredient that soothes irritated skin. Mugwort has an earthy scent to it.so far this hasn't broken me out or irritated my skin. It works just as well as my other mugwort toners.

Noting, it smells like mugwort! Clean and earthy
