I received this product from Picky and Acwell in exchange for my honest review. This product is a combination of a brightening, hydrating and cleansing toner which makes it perfect for my dry skin. It has become one iof my favorite parts of my skincare routine. It feels so silky going on and leaves my skin looking so awake and refreshed. This toner is formulated with a p.h balance of 5.5 which both cleanses and tones the skin at the same time. The added licorice root brightens the skin and removes debris from your skin. After cleansing, pour a few drops into your hands and apply or use a cotton pad. This toner will both help restore your skin barrier and help lessen hyperpigmentation.
