Birch Juice Moisturizing Toner

A slightly viscous watery toner that provides a good layer of hydration even with just one layer alone. Contains a lot of great humectants for long lasting hydration.

Nothing bad but this gets slightly tacky when layered a few times. It is great for hydration but not much noticeable benefits aside from that.
