Retinol Vital Eye Cream
šThe esfolio retinol vital eye cream for intensive eye/face care
āļøwith Ceramide NP
š«§infused with retinol 18,000ppb and lemon extract to boost skin elasticity and reduce fine lines
āļøseemed to be more gentle than other eye creams I used so far
š«§didnāt stung my eyes when applied
āļøwhite, lightweight creamy texture
š«§affordable
āļøleaves a smooth and glowy finish, absorbs fast
My skin tends to be more sensitive in hotter/summer days so I am always looking for more gentle products. I canāt live without retinol tho, so I tried this eye cream which also can be used on other face parts.
Itās texture is more lightweight compared to other retinol eye creams which Iāve used so far.
Also very likeable is that it fairly doesnāt leave any heavy feeling and absorbs pretty quickly when tapping it slightly into skin.
Nourished the fragile skin around my eyes pretty good leaving it smoothed out for the next morning. Made the area so soft that eye makeup could be easily and perfectly applied
(I love when eye creams make my eye area prepared for eye makeup!)
I would recommend this one especially for people with (seasonal) sensitive skin.
Will definitely repurchase for summer time again!
Nothing bad to say!
šhas a slight scent
Still always patch test before applying!

@Happy97 if you are a beginner to retinol a usage of 1-2 times a week is recommended for a time period of 2-3 weeks.. after that you should start using it every other day and after few weeks it is safe to use retinol everyday.
The key is to start slowly with a low percentage product. Later in life, if a low percentage product wonāt help because skin gets more resistent, the percentage in products can be increased slowly.

To be honest the scent is barely there and only once after my 3rd application did the area around my skin get irritated but that's because I thi k I rubbed too hard. Good job on this well written review!š Also how often would you recommend using this?(I'm asking because in a lot of blogs and websites it says retinol should be used once a week, once every 2 days...etc)
