Plodica - alunadiscovers review for Re:wake Moist Treatment

I received this product for free from @go.picky and @plodica.official in exchange for my honest review. Both the toner essence (92%) & sleeping mask contain concentrated lotus callus extract, which is the main ingredient in Plodica's essential line. Re:wake Moist Treatmeant is a viscous, thicker than water essence type toner that is said to pack deep hydration while still being light. Targeted for dry skin. 💭Thoughts: I was a bit underwhelmed with this toner as it didn't hydrate as well as I imagined. Even after multiple layers, I still felt like I was missing that deep, quenched hydration feeling that I look for in toners. I appreciated how quickly this sinks into the skin, making it easy to layer without feeling tacky. It is fragrance-free & contains no EOs, but has a faint distinct scent that I don't really like. I can't put my finger on what it smells like exactly, almost rusty--mixed with barely? Idk.. but it's enough for me to dedicate this as a body toner. It also has a slight sweet taste (I tend to press toner into my lips & then lick them halfway through my routine because I forgot 😅) from the extracts. It's an alright toner, I just wish it did a little more. With that, I don't think it would be 'enough' for dry & dehydrated skin types.
