I received this product for free from Picky and VIDIVICI in exchange for my honest review. They aren’t joking when they call this a “velvet lip tint,” once applied this is so buttery soft and comfortable on the lips. This applies well with a good sized and soft applicator. This can be applied thinly for a subtle colour or swiped another couple times for more of a full cover lipstick. Even without lipliner I found this doesn’t bleed off the lips at all. Colour lasts until your meal and even after it’s “off” provides a nice lip stain that stays until my evening face wash.
