skincarebymoi review for Hyper Vitamin C 23 Serum

💛 The Hyper Vitamin C 23 serum is the one I was most excited to try as it contains 23% Ascorbic acid along with Vitamin E, Panthenol & Birch sap. The texture of this serum is very watery + quite sticky which makes it hard every time during application. I skip using a toner as it takes much longer for this serum to settle especially during humid weather. I also pair this along with the Niacinamide serum & i noticed that my new dark spots were fading. The old one does take some more time to fade but this duo (Niacinamide+vitamin c) is promising.
