I bought this for 10 dollars. It came in a plastic 14 Oz bottle. Claims to relieve itchy skin plus moisturized skin. After using this for 4 weeks it has helped with my skin being itchy. It help moisturized my skin somewhat but it worked more for itchy skin.

It has a slight menthol smell scent to it.
