The texture is not oily but watery and has quite a bit of slip into it, thus making it easier to spread on skin. It absorb quickly without leaving a sticky feel. Although it has no fragrance, it does have a noticeable scent, and it smells good. It leaves a dewy finish. 💖 It does not sting my eyes or hurt my nose when I inadvertently inhale the mist.
