I won this product for free from Picky and numbizin in exchange for my honest review. I looovvvee this toner. So soothing. Helps reduce welting from the cold weather. My skin is super clear but it doesn't quite balance my tzone but I can handle that. A tiny bit drying I would make sure to hydrate after
