Safe Me. Relief Essence Toner

This is the most hydrating toner which I have ever tried. I prefer jumbo size because I use the toner with cotton pads like a face mask. This product is very effective and the skin is smooth and soft. Is perfect to apply in layers for more hydration. I really appreciate that there is no alcohol, fragrance or essential oils in it which is great.

Nothing bad about this product.
