Shellprocter review for Iceland Hydrating Eye Stick

I received this product from Picky and the SAEM for free in return for my honest opinion. The packaging is really cute in the form of a polar bear for the lid, with a blue twist up tube containing the product in the bottom half. The balm smells really nice and fresh and when applied to the under eye area the product glides well, without drag and feels very cooling. Containing niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, the eye stick is meant to hydrate, smooth and reduce dark circles. It is very hand to transport and looks super cute on a dressing table.
