It claims it "plumps" but I didn't notice a difference. Still very hydrating, though!

This mask is very easy to apply - the sheet mask itself is quite large so you have a lot of excess hanging off around the sides. There is lots of liquid inside the packaging once you take the sheet mask out - so I applied the excess to my face and neck after I was done using the sheet mask. Very hydrating!
