This is a creamy dual-layer toner,known in Korea as,"Strawberry. Milk". Formulated with Ceramides, Cica,,natural AHAs,Panthenol and Beta-glucen which combined,calm, revitalize,exfoliate,moisturize and condition the skin while protecting the skin barrier. This is an excellent product that feels so good on the skin,as it is extremely soothing . My skin literally has a velvety soft look and feel to it that is delightful

I have nothing bad to say about this product.
