Vital C-Some Toning Capsule Toner

I received this product for free from Picky and Athé in exchange for my honest review. 🔹Athé's Vital C-Some Toning Capsule Toner For ALL Skin Types Vegan Contains Vitamin C & Hyaluronic Acid Also includes Ceramide, Niacinamide, Panthenol Strengthens the skin barrier, improves dull skin to help achieve that glass skin look. This toner has been gentle and non-irritating on my dry and sensitive skin. It does not leave my skin feeling dry, but instead leaves it feeling soft and clean.

I have not had any irritation, redness or breakouts caused by this.
