I do not put much thought when it comes to what first cleanser to use, and I have used many brands. However, Nivea micellar water one brand that I keep repurchasing over the years. They remove dirt, oil, and sunscreen. And they are almost always on sale! See the pic? Buy 1 Take 1!
This one says "whitening," but that didn't work on my skin. Maybe because I use it as a 1st cleanser and the whitening ingredient needs to be left on to work? I don't know. I don't mind that it didn't "whitening" my skin anyway, but surely not to those who would buy this for that effect.
