MadeCera Cream Double Essence Toner

Probably one of my favorite toners I've ever used, it has this nice cooling feeling and softness to it what gives my face the hydration it needs, I pair this with the other toners I've gotten recently.

I just think it's a little too thin and hard to spread easy without it running down my arms
