At first the price tag was a bit of a shock and the burnt popcorn/hot dog water scent made me a little skeptical, but the IMMEDIATE RESULTS couldn’t be ignored. The impact this product continues to have in my skincare routine far outweighs the less than desirable aspects of it. I know some people out there question the varied color of the product with reference to oxidation and integrity, but I’ve had bottles ranging from pale yellow to an amber-ish orange and the results haven’t differed one bit. The only time I notice bad results is when I run out of this product before I’ve restocked! Seriously, my skin is addicted to it and for good reason. I’m in my very late thirties, basically 40 and my skin tends to be super dry, sensitive, and gets irritated easily; my pores are larger than normal, and the signs of aging have started to set in with fine lines and wrinkles. Beyond that, I’ve struggled with acne my entire adult life so I’m no stranger to bad breakouts and leftover scarring. When I say this product works, I mean it! It has visibly improved all of my problem areas - keeping my acne at bay, evening out my skin tone, firming up my natural laugh lines, shrinking the size of my pores, and giving my face an overall smooth, silky, plump and hydrated feel and appearance. I absolutely love this serum and I’ve yet to find any other product on the market that can give me the same kind of results with such little effort. Use this serum daily as part of your morning routine, use periodically on it’s own for a quick pick me up to even things out and brighten your complexion, or layer it on with other serums and products as part of a “treat yo self” at-home facial. I use this serum all these way as my routine is constantly changing!!! But I definitely recommend even though the scent isn’t the best, your skin will thank you for it!!!!
