Skin on Skin BC Foundation SPF 40
Normally I'll give a product more time to get a real feel for it; just as "bad hair days" happen, horrible foundation days do happen too. However I haven't used a foundation and been as disappointed as I am with this one, in a long time. The last time would have been before I really knew about priming and setting for longevity and smooth application/wear, and before I had a quality skincare routine in place (If what's under your base is not any good then the base [foundation] can't be expected to be good). But I've ruled that out in this case.
The positive quality (the one and only) for myself atleast, is that this foundation has decently high coverage. My first application I dispensed roughly my normal amount of my go-to foundation and used maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of what I dispensed to get heavier coverage than I typically wear. The next time I used maybe two pea's worth of foundation and still had more coverage than I wanted. This could be good depending on the situation you are wearing it in, such as under studio lighting.
This foundation may just be absolutely NOT for me. But it has no longevity and it immediately looked cakey even before I set it.
I have combo oily skin so maybe if you're on the dry side of could be worth trying; if you get it for free or massively on sale, but it retails for the average price of most foundations you'd find at Sephora.
I will NOT be buying this ever again and I'll likely end up giving it away or throwing it out unfortunately. It just is not a match at all for me.
I'll upload photos next time I use it (if I use it again it'll likely only be to take photos for this review though).
