Milk Skin

Moisturizing toner with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and rice extract. Brightens, hydrates and calms the skin. It has a milky texture and leaves a glass skin effect. I love. You can find on yesstyle code: LLAURA96

There's nothing wrong with it but it could be too hydrating for oily skin if combined with other very hydrating products. For very oily skin it can be used as a single step.
