Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water
Very nice product
It cleansed my make up very well as a first cleanse
It gives a hydrating finish initially and then dries down
It has a subtle scent which I really do not mind.
Product package says you donβt have to rinse off . I would like it to be more explanatory; can I apply other products in my routine without a second cleanse or not.
